With 15+ years of proven leadership in military engineering operations and commercial construction/business management, Taylor delivers reliable, mission-focused solutions in project execution, strategic operations, facilities development, and infrastructure support. A veteran of the U.S. Army’s 555th Engineer Brigade (“Triple Nickel”), he combines high-stakes operational experience in Afghanistan with successful private-sector growth to help federal agencies achieve results on time and on budget.​
